No, there aren’t. There is no obligation to transport children in child seats in licensed taxis. If you want to transport a child in your car seat, please indicate it when ordering the ride so that the driver with the ISOFIX system in his car arrives.
There are no discounts. Our competitive rate is consistent 24/7. We have a loyalty program for regular customers. Each 100th ride (its multiple) is free of charge (the maximum amount for the ride is PLN 30, the ride is to be used on the day it falls).
In order to issue an invoice, please fill in the form on our website in the Invoice tab. The waiting time is up to 5 business days maximum.

Yes, we transport animals in our taxis. If you want to travel with your pet, you need to let us know about it while ordering a ride. Surcharge for animal transportation is 10 PLN

When a customer is under a strong influence of alcohol
When a customer failed to inform about the animal transportation in advance, and the driver doesn’t meet this preference.

Remote payments can be made by providing the driver with the BLIK code or by connecting your debit card to the Ryba Taxi mobile app. When selecting the second payment option, the taxi must be ordered via the app and select the payment method "card payment in the ap".
A pre-booked order must be canceled at least 15 mins before the ordered arrival time
